Birth Doula
All packages are customizable.

Birth Doula customizable services include:
-a free initial consultation
-24/7 on-call / text doula support beginning at 36 weeks
-assistance getting the proper resources for your unique birth experience
-a customized birth plan for your family
-information on childbirth and the postpartum period
-babywearing support
-lactation support
-cloth diaper support
-and so much more!
Clients who purchase a birth package will also receive 5% off the Postpartum package of their choice.

Postpartum Support
The postpartum plan is built according to each birthing person's needs. What I help with at these visits varies with each client. Some things that parents request are:
-light housekeeping
-infant care
-tidy up the nursery
-wash baby's clothes and bedding
-running errands
-vegetarian meal prep
-lactation support
-babywearing support
-cloth diapering support
-discussing baby products
-babysitting older siblings
-washing dishes and pump parts
-walking the dog
-caring for pets
-and so much more!

Additional Services
Prenatal visits:
I offer prenatal visits to discuss any questions you may have, inform you of your options, provide information from my professional education and experience, go over a birth plan, and go over your postpartum plan, etc.
Starting at $35/hour
​
Sibling doula in your home:
Childcare and support for your other children while you're bringing your new little one into this world.
Starting at $30/hour (3-hour minimum, +2/hour/additional child)
​
Childcare services in my pet-friendly home:
$20/hour (3hr minimum, +2/hour/child)
Meals and snacks will be provided for an additional $10 per visit.

House cleaning services:
Duties vary based on client needs. Client provides cleaning supplies.
$40/hour (3-hour minimum)

Laundry service:
In your home, as an add-on to cleaning services (wash, dry, and fold):
$30/load
​
Picked up, washed/dried in my pet-friendly home, and delivered back to you (wash, dry, and folding):
$40/load
​
Cloth diaper laundry service:
In your home as an add-on to cleaning services:
$35/load
​
Picked up, washed/dried, and folded in my pet-friendly home, and delivered back to you:
$45/load
​
Amateur birth photography:
You will receive photos from your labor and delivery on a flash drive.
